Meet Caleb Sinnema
Caleb grew up in Silvana on a dairy farm, where hard work wasn't optional — it was just life. He spent his early years working alongside family, raising beef cattle, and learning what it means to get up before the sun and keep going until the job is done.
That drive didn't slow down. Caleb invested in his own commercial mower and started mowing fields around the valley. Then came a role with a prominent local construction company, where he built deep knowledge of excavation, grading, and underground systems.
At just 24 years old, Caleb runs North Valley Septic Service on top of his full-time construction work. It's not a side hustle — it's a reflection of who he is: someone who sees a need in the community and meets it head-on.
